    这个问题也是昨天刚知道的，由于公司老板娘生病去医院没人陪，我就担当此重任了，输液的时候问了老板娘病情，她说怀疑是甲亢，这个病很难治，跟内分泌也有关系，她说她闭经了，我当时觉得不可思议，她才刚刚42岁啊，就没有了，这也太早了吧，她的主治大夫说女人一生大概会排出400到500个成熟的卵，其余的卵母细胞大多萎缩掉了。到更年期后卵便已消耗殆尽。 也就是说这400-500个卵排完了，也就该停经了，中国女性平均停经年龄为49.5岁，和每个人月经周期也有关系，如果周期短也就可能提前，老板娘是23天一个周期，一年比别人至少多来两个月例假，还有如果哺乳期停经的话，闭经年龄也会往后错，想想女人这一生其实挺不容易的，所以姐妹们身体健康比什么都重要。

可能是累的了，她两个儿子一个五年级，一个一年级，每天接送孩子，洗衣做饭，晚上还失眠，吃安眠药还不管用。

其实也不好。她22岁就有孩子了，那会她还没结婚，怀孕了，也不敢打掉，因为不知道什么时候才会再怀上，然后就赶紧奉子成婚了。

是啊，周期长的话闭经也会往后错呢，我老板娘现在就在调理内分泌，说是还可以来两年，医生说没有必要，顺其自然吧。

像她这个属于个例，基本闭经就到50左右了。
